METAL DETECTING EBOOK GUIDE
This EBOOK is unique and not available elsewhere!

We are often asked questions like: How do I detect successfully? How do I find a good site? What detector should I use? When are you going to write a book on the subject?.....................

WELL! WE HAVE GONE ONE BETTER AND PRODUCED A EBOOK INSTEAD!

In response to these questions have produced a EBOOK guide called "Down To Earth... a Guide to Metal Detecting" which will show you how to become a successful detectorist. The EBOOK Guide reveals insider secrets known only to a few very successful detectorists. It would take years of detecting to accumulate this knowledge, and even then you are not guaranteed success. Our course will fast track you on the road to successful metal detecting. The guide is only available from us!

The guide is written by a VERY successful metal detectorist who is keen to share his knowledge with you!
Clear text explains how to turn this hobby into a interesting and if you want, a financially rewarding one.
The text is supplemented by pictures, showing actual detectorists at work.

SUBJECTS COVERED IN THE GUIDE ARE:

1) A legally binding metal detectorist/land owner contract (allows you to specify what share of the find goes to you and the landowner i.e. 50/50 split) which you can print out and copy whenever a land owner or farmer asks for it.  It will also help you gain permission where others without contracts cannot.

2) Detectorists finds database software for Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, log your finds, include pics, grid refs, and relevant details! We have seen software like this selling for up to £50!

4) Beach detecting...... where to go and what you can find. A complete listing of UK beaches is included, with details of what you can expect to find on each one!

5) How to obtain permission to detect, the contract we supply will help you!

METAL DETECTING FINDS DATABASE

Jon a self confessed Detectorholic, kindly gave permission for us to include his detectorist's finds database on our EBOOK. The program is still under development, but is a fully working version, we have installed it and it seems pretty stable, it's FREE on our EBOOK, so you have nothing to lose by installing it!
Jon says: "The program  is intended to be a database to record details of the digs I go on and my finds".

The main record is the site of the dig with address information, site details, site history etc together with scanned images of the site plus GPS location and route information.
On each visit to the site, a visit record is created containing such information as weather, who went etc together with more scanned images of the visit.
Attached to each visit record are the finds themselves. This records the category of the find, its value, description, condition, age, depth etc plus again GPS location and scanned images of the find.

Searching facilities are available and it is very easy to perform a search of 'Hammered' coins dated between 1300 and 1500 valued at more than £25, for example.

The program can also generate reports from the information in the database which can be previewed on screen, printed out, exported to disc or e-mailed out.

You may wonder why I charge for this EBOOK? Well for one thing it has taken a lot of my time to produce, I feel this is good value, I am not out to make a killing, if the EBOOK sold in large quantities I could reduce the price accordingly, but as you can appreciate this is a specialist subject with a limited market. End of sermon. If you have any questions before purchase please email me!
