What is an e-Book?

The term e-Book stands for electronic book. It is basically a book that can be read on an your PC or palm device.

What do I need to read an e-Book?

Most of the time you do not need any special programs to read an e-Book. Some e-Books are in PDF format. For books of this type you will need adobe acrobat reader. You will probably already have this on your PC. If not you can download it free from http://www.adobe.com/

Some e-Books are exe (executable) files. These need no software to run on your PC. You will also find some Ebooks in the form of a word file or HTML file.

How will my e-Book or software be delivered?

A link to download your e-Book or software will be delivered immediately to your email address and will be shown after checkout.

Will I require any additional software?

Your e-Books will be delivered in zipped up (compressed) format.

You will need WinZip to extract the file. Again you will probably have this already on your PC. If you have Windows XP or above you don't need Winzip. If not download it free from http://www.winzip.com/

If you are using Windows XP, you do not need Winzip, since it has it's own compression facility.

My e-Book/software download link has not arrived?

Please be patient, if you do not receive your e-Book or software download email please check your spam/trash folder. It will probably be there.

Your spam filter settings may need adjusting. If you still do not receive the email, then please contact us. We will try our utmost to resolve the issue.
